Agentic provides AI-powered virtual receptionist services, including automated call answering, appointment scheduling, and customer inquiry handling. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in our pricing plans.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your account security
You must provide accurate business information for AI training
You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your industry
You must not use the service for unlawful or deceptive purposes

4. Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions or AI response errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

Agentic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
